Speaking Quiz : Easter

Easter time is around to come. I' d like to share my idea for a little speaking quiz. I always try to prepare something special for the ocassion.
This year I decided to create question cards in a shape of eggs by design.  Please follow the link to the questions: speakingquizeaster.englishbyann.pdf
It would be great to print the questions on the green or yellow paper, then cut them out, fold and put into plastic eggs.
I recommend to use plastic eggs from popular sweets for children. You can easily hide question cards inside. In addition I use plastic or paper egg box. As you can see in the photos. Students can draw one egg, open it and ... wow a special question card for everybody...
Happy Easter for you and your students !!!

Speaking Exam Training- Topic: CHRISTMAS

In Poland students of Secondary Schools take an English exam when they are on the last year.
The exam called MATURA consists of written form and speaking exam.
Speaking exam is based on conversation, describing pictures, negotiating and giving justification for students' choice. I've prepared task based on the visuals with additional questions. They are in 5 sets and they are connected with the topic of Christmas.

Perfect Christmas

Perfect Christmas  is a title of the song by S Club 7. It presents nice and easy material to work with teenagers about falling in love at Christmas.
Students listen to the song or watch the video. You can ask them few questions :
What's the most important present at Christmas in the song?
What do you dream of under your Christmas tree?
